Since becoming an attorney in 2000, I have mainly been engaged in solving civil legal issues, such as the partitioning of inheritances, as well as related problems such as issues surrounding land and buildings, insurance claims, guardianships for adults, and other issues.
Furthermore, I also have experience as a lecturer in legally required training courses for registered real-estate brokers, as well as in seminars for tax counselors organized by housing construction companies.
I have observed now that of the people who approach lawyers for consultations, or who are on the initiating or receiving end of lawsuits, most of them are doing it for the first time in their lives. I strive to provide these people with kind and careful support. As the parties involved in inheritance cases are family members, such as parents and children or siblings, I also strive to provide them with support that takes that into consideration. Please do approach me with the mindset of “why not hear a bit from a lawyer?”
I also have no problems with traveling to visit faraway courts or negotiation partners, so please do not hesitate to contact me.

1 After graduating from high school in Saitama, I graduated from university in Kansai and from law school in Kyushu, completed a legal apprenticeship in Gunma, and then returned to my hometown of Saitama. I am engaged in this profession in order to give back even just a little to the people of Saitama who nurtured me for so long.
In the Saitama Bar Association, I am part of the Committee for Dealing with Labor Issues, the Committee for Supporting Victims of Crime, the Project Public Relations Committee, as well as the Committee for International Exchange. I hope to contribute to society through my work.
2 In the course of my duties as someone involved in legal questions and disputes – weighty issues that members of the public may only encounter once in their lives – I strive to keep the following three things in mind.
“Think together with the client”. Apart from engaging with the legal problems of my clients, I believe that my role and starting point as an expert is to create a plan of action that is in line with their intentions.
“Be a calm third party”. As we are legal experts, there will be situations in which we should not hesitate to suggest plans of action that do not match the hopes or goals of clients, as well as explain things that are unfavorable to them.
“Be human”. Most legal issues involve another human being who is the opposite party. Even if a solution is optimal in terms of matching the client’s wishes, if it leaves behind the seeds of future disaster, can we really say that we have solved the problem? I would like to be “human” in the sense of doing my best to find a solution that can be accepted by both parties.
3 This office has recently set up a concentrated team system, and I have come to be in charge of issues surrounding traffic accidents, which I have often handled up to now.
The area of traffic accidents is a very difficult one, because of its large number of precedents as well as the complex involvement of insurance. In order to handle this field, as well as in order to serve as an attorney alongside my clients while giving them peace of mind as an expert, I will continue to study this field diligently during the course of my duties.

No matter how careful you are, you cannot predict when and how you might be dragged into legal trouble; at the same time, the problems you face may not be ones that can be solved from a legal standpoint alone. The job of a lawyer does not only involve solving issues legally – the most important question is whether the people involved will be able to recover a peaceful life after the problem has been solved.
This office is a law firm that aims to be a place where you can feel free to consult us on issues like these at any time. Personally, I also aim to be a lawyer who does not just give legal advice, but also considers alongside you and together with you how to obtain the results you desire. Even if your issue is that you are not sure whether you should speak to a lawyer, please still do approach us for one consultation first.

I studied law in the Chuo University Faculty of Law and the Kanto Gakuin University Law School, and completed my apprenticeship in Saitama, before entering this firm under the Saitama Bar Association.
I would like to be a lawyer who is accessible and easy to approach for consultations. When I was a student, I was dragged into issues regarding rental; however, I found it very difficult to approach a lawyer for consultations, and had no choice but to handle the negotiations myself. Even if one has protected rights and interests under the law, if one cannot advocate for these rights, they are nothing but abstract concepts. I would like to help you actualize your legal rights and interests by being an accessible presence who is easy to approach for consultations. I believe the very best way to become such a lawyer is to handle each case with sincerity, to build a relationship of trust with you, and to keep doing this over and over; I strive to put this into practice every day.
In my student days, I was part of the rugby team, and we made it to the top eight teams in the national tournament known as “Flower Garden”. Through the game of rugby, I learned the importance of a persevering spirit, as well as of steadily advancing in a forward-looking manner without giving up. While dealing with cases, I will aim to realize your interests as my clients, and will tenaciously and passionately search for the path to the solution one step at a time.
If you are troubled by legal issues, even if you are not sure if they are worth discussing with a lawyer, please do visit this office for a consultation.

I think great troubles must occur before someone visits a lawyer’s office for a consultation.
However, it is also true that many problems can be solved at an early stage by consulting a lawyer.
If you worry by yourself for a long time, difficulties may appear in your daily life as well, even though it should not have had anything to do with the issues you are having.
During a consultation, I will start by listening to what you have to say, and understanding the issues you have and the situation you are in. Then I will let you know as far as possible which legal methods you can take, and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each of these methods; I will also think together with you about which method would be best for you, based on the details of your case.
In order to find an appropriate solution that is suitable for each case, it is necessary for me to listen closely to you regarding the details of the situation. I understand that you have received a decision amidst great anxiety; therefore, in order to fully grasp what you have to say, I strive to create an atmosphere in which talking is easy, so please do approach me for a consultation.

Just like everyone’s life is different, the troubles everyone faces are also different. Perhaps you are having thoughts like “This isn’t quite a legal problem yet, so I’m not sure if I should consult a lawyer”, “I’ve been sued and I don’t know what to do”, or “since this is a small problem, shouldn’t I solve it myself?”

I would like to think about which is the best answer to your problems, and provide support for the issues you are facing.
It is all right if you cannot voice your thoughts clearly during our consultation. I will start by listening to you, so if you have even the smallest issues you are worried or unsure about in your life, please do approach me.
